San Diego in December
“Remember This December, That love weighs more than gold!”
― Josephine Dodge Daskam Bacon
San Diego is such a beautiful city with so much to see and so much to do!
If you visit San Diego in December, there will be no ice or snow unless it has been artificially created. Santa Claus is more likely to be dressed in board shorts and a Hawaiian shirt than a crimson velvet costume with fur trimming. On Christmas Day, you might find people surfing.
If you spend Christmas in San Diego, you won’t have a white Christmas unless you travel to the mountains. However, December is the rainy season, and all of the monthly rainfall, especially during winter storms, often falls on the same day.
