San Diego in January

“I love beginnings. If I were in charge of calendars, every day would be January 1.”
―Jerry Spinelli
San Diego is such a beautiful city with so much to see and so much to do!
San Diego is a great place to visit in January, especially if you live in an area where it’s cold, with snowy weather and dreary, gray skies. This year is continuing on like 2020, businesses are closed, not a lot of places are open and most of us are stuck at home.
That being said, we can still get out and explore safely and get some fresh air and much needed Vitamin D!
California’s southernmost big city boasts January weather that’s almost like a dream, with moderate temperatures and clear skies. And in January, the number of tourists in town drops to half of its mid-summer level, leaving you plenty of room no matter where you go. All of that makes San Diegs a good place to visit in January.
Each month I have special fun events I want to show you so that you get the most out of this beautiful city!
