San Diego in September

“By all these lovely tokens September days are here, With summer’s best of weather And autumn’s best of cheer.”

-Helen Hunt Jackson

San Diego is such a beautiful city with so much to see and so much to do!

September is an excellent time to visit San Diego if your schedule allows (Back to School, Summer Vacation ending and more!) As soon as the Labor Day holiday weekend is over, San Diego’s tourist attractions get a lot less crowded than they were during the summer. Museums, Amusement Parks and even just regular parks and attractions see a huge decline in attendance. Plus, the weather is nicer, with little chance of fog or rain.

Each month I have special fun events I want to show you so that you get the most out of this beautiful city!
